One question I have that maybe someone with knowledge of corporate financing could answer: is the significant share price fall potentially a concern in terms of loan covenants? We might have the cashflow to continuing servicing our debt, but unlike personal/home loans I think corporate loans usually have ongoing covenants tied to SP/equity somewhat akin to margin loans? Well we just lost ~30% of our equity, would we be likely to face any risk of losing access to credit and/or be forced into distressed selling of some of our loan book?
