If loan covenants are an issue it would be more normal to raise capital rather than to sell off the loan book. Given they are paying a large dividend it doesn’t seem like they are worried about needing to raise capital. Of course the share price fell after the dividend announcement but they must have known it would. No doubt things will be clearer after the 15th.
