More importantly it's not just shares on issue. They have failed to generate interest from the market. Even if there was 100M shares and nobody bought anything, it won't create any interest.
What is interesting is the 1B shares via options exercisable at 1c. If anybody can see it going to 1c then those are going to be exercised.
It's a long term thing. They have released 3 or 4 pieces of news so the market makers need to hit 0.006 to generate the volume and interest from technical traders who focus on things like multi week multi month breakouts therefore it's still a waiting game
The News does read well with a few things going for it. They should work on doing a consolidation/split to get the shares down to around 400M instead.
