Further to this, and following expert advice from the Lead Manager of the forthcoming capitalof the raising.
raising, the Company will undertake a consolidation of its share capital on a one for two basis ahead
which is the current intention
The capital raising will still be conducted through the issue of shares (post consolidation) at not less
than $0.02 each, meaning the Company will still be able to raise funds above this minimum price
