The question is whether the current management have acted appropriately in disclosing information, which IMO have not. Rather they have not given a single update on the company's financial position. Do they even have enough cash to operate? How have they been spending the money?
That is okay not to disclose as long as they haven't taken to line their own pockets, eg transfer funds out off market, increased their own earnings, claimed increased expenses A, B,C,
The other question is whether the class action should be targeting previous directors who were deceitful, profited.
