AOW is a June YE, so they should have AGM by no later than 30 Nov, 28 day notice period so NOM's should be out (and filed as ASX announcement) by first week in Nov. It would appear that this Company is in private company mode so no urgency to comply. Pretty poor effort at getting what should be a simple set of accounts sorted and audited for filing, disrespectful to shareholders.
