You're responses are accurate and reasonable based on what I've read. They also point to relatively minor (i.e. non-fundamentally related issues to the core business).

In essence, they need to better market their product and get it out there in the Australian/APAC region and settle the share registry...both of which I believe they are aware of and will happen in due course.

Good to know that there's nothing "wrong" with the business model.
