Of NO:1 importance is a Qualified and experienced General Manager/CEO who has dairying expertise Have a look at AHF they are in the same space and their shareholders are demanding that the company has the correct management.
All shareholder questions should be ratified pre meeting and not post meeting, that way they are armed with the correct information before they have to vote.
