Roberto one of my pet hates is executive salaries for directors unless they deliver. Nothing that I have read has indicated to me that any director would be paid an executive salary In fact on page 11 of the 2015 Annual Report it said that it was the intention of the board to conduct a performance review in 2016, If there has been a performance review why has that not been announced to the shareholders Why one would be receiving this payment prior to delivering value for shareholders astounds me, a more prudent way would have been the board making an announcement after delivery of success and then including rewards in the AGM notice of meeting.
