My point AO. There are governance issues here. And reading published reports there were to be no payments. If this has changed then there should have been reporting to shareholders and not by way of a resolution at an EGM. I agree with minimal directors fees but executive fees for as you say "activities and tasks" performed with no business is way over the top, the $$$'s disappear real fast. You have been around long enough to have seen the amount of companies with no business paying out ridiculous directors fees at the expense of shareholders and then keep going to the shareholders to keep them employed.
