I agree with minimal directors fees but executive fees for as you say "activities and tasks" performed with no business is way over the top, the $$$'s disappear real fast. You have been around long enough to have seen the amount of companies with no business paying out ridiculous directors fees at the expense of shareholders and then keep going to the shareholders to keep them employed.

Yup, it is a tough one to love I agree. If I was to say that shareholders are being harvested faster than any farms it would be a bit unfair but it certainly seems to be happening that way. I tend to see AYB as just not being investor ready at this point. Sad but true.
