Fair enough re your final comment in regard to "giving", no offence intended. But as far as the "money" thing revisit your posts on SOS last night.
The TO's fund is all they can throw at it...the $4 million is just a guestimation for the next twelve months as they budget. A resolution has been passed that if they have to they'll axhaust the coffers in fighting GR. Some might think that's crazy, but it's certainly a commitment to the seascape and their culture by any stretch of the imagination.
