This may be a problem for some BNPL providers. The ones who actually provide credit out of their own funds and need $millions or even $billions to provide BNPL credit.

As far as I know CI1 don't provide credit out of their own funds with their ekbuy BNPL product. CI1 would go need to the market for $1 billion in funding before this could occur. I think we would be aware as this would require a few extra shares to be offered to sophisticated investors. A billion dollars worth.
