    by all accounts this is not a JP shell or deal. Which is a good thing IMO - not because JP isn't good, he is - but the dealmaker here has really been something special and Im more excited if it remains his deal.
    It does seem a bit odd I agree, JP coming on with serious skin in the game if not as dealmaker, but again, apparently is more investor here and a safe pair of hands.
    Go figure...
