    Hi X (and other ENB followers),
    I agree this is an interesting shell given some of the names in the top 20 but I can't agree that it is cheap. With a market cap of $4.5M at 0.9c, cash of $1m and a block of land for sale worth maybe $300,000 it has an EV (or in this case shell value) of $3.2m which I think is a fair bit compared to other shells. Am I missing something?
