So from the company's own ann. 300m on issue before SPP, and 200m to be issued.
Gives 500m total SOI on issue post placement.
Shortfall should be allocated in the next two weeks.
Will be well placed, to tight holders.

today has seen quite a sudden buying interest. And still cheap - MC including the shortfall shares is ~ $4m. with about $1.2m cash (ignoring any costs this quarter). EV just $2.8m @8c. Lots of room for upside still, even before acquisition, especially when u look left on the chart. And especially with a quality dealmaker like BE-W
