The announcement seems confusing to me. They're offering 55m (just above current mcap) for two unuencumbered assets plus the JV int (and dont get any cash). And yet shareholders only get $0.50. What happens to the cash in there. Isn't the debt in the other assets non recourse? NTA at last read was $0.91. Needs some explaining before decisions can be made
