where did you see that the loan on the remaining 2 properties are non-recourse? I'm trying to find the latest details on those loans but could not find much from the last annual report...
they are both nearly 100% LTV, so really nothing to the NTA.
based on current valuation and figures given by RCU, I will vote against this proposal probably.
Greg Woolley, who just resigned after only 2 months on board, might plan to vote against it too? he is the biggest unit holder. I certainly hope he won't just dump his units... what do u think
