the central point though should be obvious - the company has consistently put out 'partial' info that quarterlies showed was misleading in its effect.
that doesnt even require the partial lead info to be incorrect in itself. it just illustrates the danger of partial data and company data selection
so you have to wait for the quarterly cashflows and decompose all information at once if you want to be an actual investor
there's a trading buy here based on chart, technicals, valuation and sentiment/expectation cycle. market had discounted 'bud' out of the stock so its now just LiFx you are buying
but i would give that annnouncement zero weighting as related to taking an investment ie structural long position.
