    yeh, just listened to video.
    when is pipeline transportation news due to be announced?
    because the Xmas comment sounds like CTP expects some market news leading into Xmas, and CTP is implying that we should take care not to sell too cheaply into any good news from regulatory authorities.
    In the video is really does sound like a softening-up process for a CR of some sort.
