    Nothing new from head office, but timely chatter. Will there be an offer larger than before, will there be an agreement signed, or is everything hinged on government say-so. All hearsay, stay positive, my view is a capital raise is better than takeover for a pittance.
    Has anyone heard or read from jv partners?
