I don't quite know what to make of this announcement. Lines like "However, Central shareholders approaching the Christmas holiday season should remain alert to regulatory and market changes that could significantly impact the value of your shares at any time" - what an unusual comment for an ASX announcement.

They seem to be setting us up for a business transaction of some sort, possibly one they anticipate will not be popular. I accept that CTP needs capital and can't fund this by themselves, but I will be extremely disappointed if this results in a transaction unfavourable to us holders.
