Denbo Agree with your comments but surely some legal restrictions could be placed on Australian listed companies risking shareholders capital to the 90% extent that occurred here resulting in almost total loss . Shareholders need better protection to avoid any more disasters of this kind in the future to encourage some sort of trust in the investor who puts his cash in . A company has to satisfy a bank and meet certain capital and income testing ratios . Why can't some sort of protection be given to Shareholders in the unusual circumstances that applied here.
