    The only way to stop directors burning others money and not even telling them of problems is to prosecute them. Aggrieved shareholders can file a complaint against misconduct for disregarding continuous disclosure law here https://www.asic.gov.au/about-asic/contact-us/how-to-complain/report-misconduct-to-asic/
