    Dear Robert

My shareholding in iSOFT Group Limited

This letter confirms my previous advice that I have been required to sell shares in iSOFT as a result of margin
calls associated with my shareholding in iSOFT. As advised to the Audit Committee in 2008, I borrowed funds on security of my shares in iSOFT in order to allow my entities to participate in the rights issue conducted by
    the company in 2007.

The original borrowing related to less than 1% of the then market value of ISF shares and less than 15 % of the total shares in which I had a relevant interest.

With the recent significant fall in share price, this position has changed and I have been forced to sell some
shares. I have approximately $2m of liabilities left on shares in which I have a relevant interest.

    Yours sincerely

    Gary Cohen
    Chief Executive Officer
