ripping up contracts is always a possibility but comes with other issues , at current rate quantum appear to be suffering major liquidity issues and may find themselves on the wrong side of the law soon aswell ,, re tax man securities laws ,, the contract does require quantum to pay the balance of the gpa agreement which is approx usd500 mil i have not read anywhere in the contract that suggests they can do this 1 oz at a time and based on their apparent liquidity issues they may be the one that cancels the contract on themselves

meanwhile work still carries on with lease renewal at company and government levels and whilst bez does have clear issues the project has great fundamentals outside of the blatant downrampers efforts here , who deliberately avoid discussing the achievements and continue to talk rubbish daily and attack anyone that disagrees with their narrative

at this very moment there is questions surrounding our largest share holder who certainly appears to be dumping shares at less than cash backed value , almost give away price
