It does pose more questions for shareholders for the AGM.
What is the strategy? Its "strategy" when they are looking at the entire continents of Australia and Africa for a wide range of minerals: "potash and critical metals (e.g. copper, lithium, gold, cobalt, tin and nickel), and may consider a diversified portfolio of exploration and development assets as part of its strategy"......?
What does "accruing revenue" mean in a consulting agreement with SRBG? How is not just straight fees for services on a monthly basis? Why accrued?
"Significant" cost savings on corporate overheads for ADR program - what does management consider "significant" relative to what?
Lastly, Q1 FY24 for capital distribution - that is the biggest headline of all in this announcement. But that is the best guess that they can say.
At least they have cash funding for "306 quarters" (Quarterly report) - with no accounting for the return to shareholders and "its strategy".
