Fair enough.... I found the guy I was talking to spoke well and very informative. I don`t want to make excuses for his error but maybe he was referring to once all the boxes are ticked it takes three weeks to be signed off...
IMO I feel there should be an announcement that both parties have signed off on the deal ... That Re - compliance has been submitted to the ASX and are awaiting their reply..... In the announcement details should be given that a S/H`s meeting will be required before the company can be relisted.
So I put the question to the BoD of FTT have they submitted their application to the ASX... Have they finalised the purchase of Longmile and both parties have come to agreement.
