I assume any compensation would go to the noteholders and ordinary shareholders wouldn't see anything unless massive compensation pay out. I assume this is just a process that they have to follow now to keep the lights on anyway but with only $700k remaining at 11th November and ridiculous cash burn the end is near you would think. It will be interesting to see if they try to raise more capital.
