Good post jayneen. Damages will be in the billions and Legal action funded by the litigation funders. Only down side is the case will take 3-5 years. There is no way SDL can now develop the project given the Congo government’s action. It’s called sovereign risk. The Chinese will go near it either until a court resolution.
