yeah I'm curious of this same thing. everything that i read about IRI before investing was that their product was sticky, so i can't understand the reduced profits unless it is due to customers closing down and therefore closing their IRI accounts? or is it as another person posted earlier that perhaps their product is non essential? or is there a better option out there from a competitor now? I'd love to understand
