Clearly the company has had a strong record over many years, but for me to see such a decline during COVID when the world has been mass adopting cloud-based Unified Communications technology (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc) says there is a structural problem.
Cloud UC seems to have scaled very effectively, and there haven't been reports of major outages (unlike Tyro for example). Says to me that monitoring has little value for cloud communications. Sounds like legacy on-premise customers are their only addressable market. If its these guys that have been deferring their purchasing, the question is will they stay with their existing infrastructure, or also move to cloud.
