To give some colour on what I see in the company I work for (a large Investment Bank). I use skype for business on a daily basis, but we also have Microsoft Teams available. I have an Avaya softphone. I think I either have an Avaya or Cisco desk phone - can't remember because I have been working from home for a yearWe also recently added Zoom meetings.
I'm sure other large banks and companies are like this as well. I can see management's strategy on supporting all platforms i.e. cloud, on premise etc.
