Am a fairly new shareholder and have changed my sentiment to hold. I am a bit shocked at such a poor first half given how sticky I thought the customers were supposed to be. Covid certainly exposes any weakness in business models.

same ... the share volatility over the last 2 years is significant also the intra day volatility is well ... alarming.
