A couple of days ago, IRI published an article on their site that provided a few more specifics about its Zoom monitoring (note that the article has a date stamp of March 24, 2021, must be using Morrison's calendar )

• Extensive user troubleshooting to identify and resolve root cause, not just manage symptoms.
• Customizable self-service dashboards to allow you to see your data, your way.
• Monitoring and alerting on quality-of-service issues against metrics defined by you.
• End-to-end visualization of calls and meetings with EQ360, helping pinpoint problems faster and enhance user experience.
• Oversight of meeting security to help ensure meetings comply with company security guidelines and policies.

So these features sound interesting an useful, but pretty low level pitch to the users within IT departments, not senior management. HOWEVER, this has been exactly how Atlassian grew its business. Let team leaders/dev managers buy subscriptions on their corporate credit card and spread by word of mouth (no salespeople) because the product is great and loved by techies. So there may be a bright future for this product range. The questions is how quickly will this subscription based revenue grow, versus drop-off of licence sales of on-premise Prognosis.
