I've been critical of them on here for a lack of communication so I am glad to see this announcement, and it is a great announcement with plenty of detail.
Who knows what further shutdowns will bring, but in my opinion the company has clearly done all it can to weather this, and we can't really ask for much more than that. Now we wait.
