For interest, in the last couple weeks, two of the units across from my building have set up home gyms for strength training on their balcony's. I priced out some similar gear tailored to my needs at just over $2k (not Big W equipment), but there's no inventory for potentially months. With two people, it would pay for itself in 16 months. I hadn't seriously considered this before, but I concede that most people probably haven't either.
