"The firm and its partners will provide updated charting data and analytics of the national shoreline for use in nautical charts, to support maritime navigation, to define territorial limits and to manage coastal resources. The five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract will support NOAA’s National Ocean Service (NOS), National Geodetic Survey (NGS) and Remote Sensing Division (RSD). The contract has a ceiling of $40 million."

Statewide Large-Scale DaaS Deployment
"Pointerra’s ASX Enterprise Sales Update from 2 September 2019 included details of the deployment of more than 500TB of aerial 3D mapping data for a US State agency in conjunction with one of Pointerra’s US mapping customers. Pointerra’s US mapping customer and the US State have now commenced deploying the 3D data to Pointerra’s platform, which has resulted in a contribution to recent ACV growth. As the data is gradually deployed in coming months, incremental ACV will continue to grow, and the Company expects this single statewide deployment to generate more than US$600,000 in ACV when complete.The success of this initiative has resulted in the identification of more US State agencies (in conjunction with Pointerra’s US mapping customers) that have similar requirements, with at least one new US state expected to commit to deploy to Pointerra during the current quarter."

Statewide Large-Scale Data as a Service (DaaS) Deployment
"During the current quarter, one of Pointerra’s existing US mapping customers commenced loading the initial pieces of an extremely large aerial 3D dataset onto Pointerra’s DaaS platform on behalf of a US State. The data covers the entire US State and will be used by a range of statewide utilities (both public and private sector) to support a variety of ongoing asset management and disaster recovery applications."
"Pointerra’s US mapping customer and the US State will work together to deploy more than 500 terabytes of aerial 3D data to Pointerra’s platform between now and June 2020. Whilst the final DaaS subscription level is yet to be determined, the current US$5,000 pcm subscription level is expected to grow between now and June 2020 and become one of Pointerra’s largest DaaS subscription deployments."
