    So DNK can do all the preliminary work again and get shafted by a certain countries influence in the region.
    I don't believe for one minute our inability to get this off the ground (or out of the ground for that matter) was due to US sanctions. Just seems strange that things were stalled for so long then suddenly the Chinese can swoop in and be the only buyers for the asset.
