Share price will definitely fall again until the next ex div date in June. Then expect another 10-15% gain

- DDR has done just that buy purchasing the adjacent land for future expansion. The left over land can be kept or sold off. This too me means they are ready to tackle the leaders and company valuation will be much higher and shareprice will be BOOM !! close to $3 in next 1-2 years.
