The reason IMO is other than Petra - nobody covers it so SP movements are driven by a narrow pull of investors. Look at buy sell spread of 3-4 , throughout the day - says it all. However if you like at 10-11% FF yield and a business with management with not only skin in the game but more like 90% of their body , that continues to steadily grow and expand , this is the stock for you
