Great update! The reduction in margin had already been flagged, but was nice to get a surprise in NPAT upside. There is definitely something to be said for good stewardship - the senior management have huge skin in the game and year of experience. They can really focus on long term strategy without worrying about having to show growth each qtr (which they somehow manage anyway).
In their most recent newsletter, The Boat Fund announced that they had exited their position in DDR (no reason was given) - this will account for some of the recent selling.
