I agree that surely they have had some preliminary discussions with the noteholders. Bear in mind the interest rate on the notes is based of BBSW and this is falling quite rapidly. I would think they would jump at any reasonable offer to get their money paid out now.
I think the Greek elections will be key to selling off the portfolio. If the bullet of Greece leaving the Euro is dodged, some normality will return to the markets (for a while anyway) and selling off the portfolio will be easy.
I do think it will be an all or nothing sale. I cannot see a piecemeal sale as we go process being of any value to unitholders.
Aquasia are part to get results and they will be doing their best to get a result as it will mean more pay for them. They will be motivated by the money they will earn for success.
