Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited (ASX: LPE) (the Company) wish to inform the Market that the company is terminating existing agreements with Armada Capital Pty Ltd.
This termination affects the previously advised LPE Capital Works SPV Pty Ltd debt facility along with the corporate advisory mandate with Armada Capital to LPE. The company is pleased to inform shareholders that Chairman, Andrew Pierce and Co-Founder, Ben Chester are providing for a loan facility of AUD$2million on more favourable terms and conditions than the previous LPE Capital Works SPV Pty Ltd.
The debt facility will be used specifically for funding the installation of electrical and utility infrastructure. With this facility LPE can confidently fund its capital expenditure program for the foreseeable future. The management and board of LPE wish to thank Armada Capital Pty Ltd for their ongoing support and assistance during the transition of Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited to the ASX.
