I have decided to buy at the dilution rate of the failed rights issue at 1 for 20 so my buy order is in. The Company has suggested that a new rights issue may occur in the new year when market conditions allow (words to that effect). My thinking is buy more shares now because insto placements will further dilute the rank and file shareholder.
