Supply is your problem. Supply is higher than demand over the coming few years. And the demand will be your problem after that when cobalt free batteries are what car manufacturers are putting in their cars.

Nobody is going to spend $400m developing Mt Thirsty for next to no NPV or IRR.
Heck, CNJ didn’t even include a payback period in their PFS.
