My bet is the announcement will be released tomorrow.That's if the Company has received the data.There may have been a delay in getting the info from Jo 'burg. Now, I'm not 'au fait' with the protocol here. If the data doesn't need reviewing and is readily understood by a layperson, then I don't see a need for a TH.
If on the other hand,it's full of technical detail which needs interpretation, and to be put in a more digestible form, then certainly a TH is needed.
