My read is that they have a hubristic style- and forgot that you don't bite the hand that feeds you. If you look at their media comments, right before they truly tanked last year, they were impliedly rebuking A2M- no wonder A2M got tired of the noise and entered dispute. The peripheral noise about software and other issues tends to infer serious performance issues, and aggressive denial of reality by Synlait. They gave A2M the road to dispute.
