I don't see it helping avoid A2M blocking stake. As they say today, they need everyone, and I mean pretty much everyone's support for this loan. The terms of the loan will be the interesting part to see. Bright is trading what seemed to be an underwrite of the loan extension into a secured loan, so we can expect the price to be steep for that.
