If you try to sell an asset because you are in financial distress, and you can't get your book value for it, does that not necessitate a impairment from an accounting perspective? I understand that they may be able to continue following a restructure, and hopefully get a higher value for Dairyworks, but that item on the balance sheet is misleading in the short term time horizon. They've already written it down once.
